Finding a service provider that truly cares about the client’s needs can be a difficult task. After seeing the challenge firsthand, I knew we could deliver an affordable service that was unsurpassed in the industry. As a result, in 2016, Home Resource Solutions opened its doors. Then, after years of inspecting homes, we realized that helping customers find the perfect home was only half the battle. They needed someone who could help maintain it at affordable prices. As a result, we created the Home Maintenance Division.
We protect homeowners from the anguish of a money pit. Owning a home should be a pleasant experience. So it only makes sense to have it inspected and maintained properly. At Home Resource Solutions, our job is to provide peace of mind with your investment, and our team truly cares about our clients.
We have seen mistakes that can be left to be a bitter surprise to new homeowners. So you need someone with the experience to see these things. We want our clients to settle in, look around, and say “we’re home”, without any lingering concerns.
About Our Team
Years ago, it became apparent that many homeowners were not being properly served. While I working with a foundation repair company, a woman had me come out and give an assessment of the foundation on the home she had recently purchased. The home inspector had said there were no issues with the foundation. However, it was the worst foundation I had ever seen. I was extremely angry that the inspector had put her in such a poor position. It was even more irritating that the inspector turned out to be the owner of the home inspection company I was considering joining. It was that moment that I realized if I was going to help people prevent these situations, I would I have to do it from my own company.
Over the years, we have constantly worked to deliver more to our clients, and look for services that can help make their home ownership experience great!
We have personally completed hundreds of home inspections, accumulated thousands of hours of training, and worked with many satisfied homeowners and real estate professionals.
