Daniel has been an inspector in various industries for decades with the goal to always deliver quality. He learned the fundamentals of home inspection and best industry practices at Americas Home Inspector Training Institute. After leaving AHIT, he became a Washington State licensed home inspector and started Home Resource Solutions. He was certified with the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors. Which is the largest association of certified home inspectors, whose main goal is to improve the industry by training and certifying quality inspectors.
At Home Resource Solutions we believe the only way to deliver the best service is to be the expert in our field. As a result he has become certified in Radon measurement, Infrared Thermography Inspection, Sewer scope Inspection, and various other certifications. InterNACHI has helped to consistently ensure we stay on top of the latest trends and technology.
Daniel has personally completed hundreds of home inspections, thousands of hours of training, and worked with many happy home owners and real estate professionals.
