Daniel has been a quality inspector in various industries for decades. He learned the fundamentals and best industry practices at Americas Home Inspector Training Institute. After leaving AHIT, he became a Washington State licensed home inspector. He is a Certified Master Inspector (CMI) and a Certified Indoor Air Consultant (IAC2).

We believe the only way to deliver the best service is to be the expert in our field. As a result, we have become certified in a number of fields. We are Radon, Infrared, and Sewer scopes to name a few. In addition, we consistently ensure we stay on top of the latest trends and technology. We strive to deliver more throughout the Puget Sound. From Seattle, Tacoma, to Olympia, and Beyond.


Daniel has personally completed hundreds of home inspections, thousands of hours of training, and worked with many happy home owners and real estate professionals.
