Home Maintenance Inspection
Every 3-5 years, you should have a home inspector come out and do a maintenance inspection. They can see the little signs that something is starting to go: small cracks, uneven wearing, or even just appliances such as water heaters and boilers reaching the eventual end of their lives.
Considering the fee for electrical, foundation, or roof repairs can be three to four times higher, without a maintenance inspection. A home maintenance inspection is a cost-effective way to keep your home in tiptop shape and keep little problems from turning into big problems.
Radon Gas Inspection
If you are buying a home or selling your home, have it tested for radon.
Radon is the second leading cause of lung cancer after smoking. Having it tested is as simple as having a qualified Radon measurement inspector place measurement equipment into the home at proper locations to determine the Radon gas levels. These results will be sent to a lab for analysis and If these levels come back as high, the inspector will take further action to verify the test and determine the recommended actions for you to mitigate the Radon gases by recommending you to a mitigation company.
You can’t know how much your family is at risk unless you test for it.
Lawn Sprinkler Inspection
Many Homes today have a lawn irrigation system. these help keep your lawn green and lush, improve curb-appeal, and increase resale value. Many times these systems are also fragile and easily damaged. Having them inspected help ensure your system is working properly, and water usage is being efficiently dispersed.

Most builders offer a one-year warranty on a new home. We’ll come out during the 11th month and perform a full home inspection before the builder’s warranty expires. Our non-invasive inspection is based on observations of the visible and apparent condition of the interior and exterior of the structure, including its major systems and components. You will receive a comprehensive report that includes information on any material defects observed on the date of the inspection. You can take any necessary steps to hold your builder and his subcontractors to their warranties while they’re still in force.
